Thank you for choosing The Healer Sphere for your holistic alternative healing needs. We are committed to providing the highest level of care and service. 

To ensure a fair and consistent approach, please note our No Return or Refund Policy:

Non-Refundable Services:
All services rendered at The Healer Sphere are non-refundable. This policy applies all appointments. 

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

• Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
• Appointments may be rescheduled a maximum of 2 times according to the timelines prescribed above. Any more reschedules will not be entertained as it affects our other appointments adversely and any further reschedules more than twice will be subject to automatic cancellation of the particular session and no refund or no additional session will be made for the rescheduled session for any reason what-so-ever. It will be treated as a session completed. 
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund or credit and no additional sessions will be scheduled for sessions cancelled within 24 hours of any session for any reason what-so-ever. 

Commitment to Care:
We dedicate time and energy to prepare for each session. While we cannot guarantee specific outcomes due to the individualized nature of holistic healing, we are committed to your well-being and encourage open communication for any concerns. The more open you are about what is affecting you, the better your chances of recovery. We guarantee that your personal emotional/financial or any other ailments will be kept confidential unless required by law.
